Frequently asked questions

  • VIP tickets have reserved seating. For other tickets, you are encouraged to arrive early and claim your seats. Your ticket will state what time doors open.

  • All tickets are final sale. No refunds nor exchanges are issued. Shows usually sell-out, you are welcome to sell your ticket to someone else privately.

  • Venue liquor licenses require everyone in attendance to be of drinking age. I.D.s will be checked upon arrive.

  • We often encourage audience participation at our shows, however all involvement is voluntary regardless of where you are seated.

  • 19+ shows will have alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage available for purchase. Some venues offer a limited food menu. Please check your specific event.
